Overview
The Health Concierge provides personalised health and aged care support to help prospective Home Health customers prepare for, or transition into, programs of care, recovery or treatment. The aim is to remove stress from the process, provide practical tools and resources, and support customers on their health and care journey.
Health Concierge - Customer Support is responsible for assisting customers and resolving queries accurately and in a timely manner. The role involves building relationships to pre-empt customer questions and to support customers on their aged care journey, delivering warm, empathetic service across inquiries including billing and service adjustments.
This is a full-time role based out of our Wagga Wagga, Albury or Queanbeyan branch locations with 2x working days from home per week.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers and resolve queries accurately and in a timely manner.
- Build relationships to pre-empt customer queries and support customers on their aged care journey.
- Provide warm support addressing questions, concerns and issues with empathy and efficiency.
- Handle inquiries related to billing and service adjustments as part of customer care.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in customer support roles.
- Proficiency using the Microsoft Office suite of applications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders, build rapport and understand needs.
- Sound working knowledge of funding instruments and regulations associated with in-home/community care services.
- Certificate III or above qualification in community, aged care or administration is desirable.
