About the Role
We're searching for a dynamic Venue Manager to lead a high-performing entertainment venue offering arcade gaming, guest experiences and an atmosphere built for fun. You'll be the energy on the floor, the coach behind the team, and the standard‑setter who ensures every visitor leaves smiling. This role suits someone who wants variety, responsibility and career advancement — backed by a leadership team that values growth, autonomy and fresh ideas.
What You'll Do
* Lead, support & develop an engaged, high‑performance team
* Oversee daily operations — arcade, service, presentation & guest flow
* Drive exceptional customer experience & memorable visits
* Manage rosters, stock control, reporting & venue standards
* Run promotions, in‑venue activations & community engagement
* Maintain compliance, safety & operational excellence
* Work closely with senior leaders to improve performance and experience
About You
You're energetic, hands‑on and love working where the atmosphere is fast, fun and people‑driven. You bring:
* Leadership experience in hospitality, retail or entertainment
* Strong communication & team development skills
* Confidence in high‑volume, multi‑tasking environments
* A solutions‑focused approach with a calm, positive attitude
* Availability to work rotating shifts including weekends & nights
* Experience with arcade, attractions or customer‑led venues is beneficial — but a great attitude, leadership and passion for customer experience are what matter most.
