Base pay range
A$120,000.00/yr - A$135,000.00/yr
The Company
* High-end residential design & construct business that's been trading for 10 years.
* Deliver architecturally designed luxury home renovations, extensions and new builds valued between $1m and $5m.
* Great systems and processes in place along with an established management structure including company directors and project manager.
About The Role
* Site Foreman / Site Manager to deliver architecturally designed high-end home projects from start to finish.
* Working on one project at any one time.
* Site locations in the Inner West and Eastern Suburbs such as Glebe, Bondi and Bellevue Hill.
* Salary between $120,000 and $135,000 plus super.
Duties
* Site management of trades and staff.
* Reading and interpreting architectural plans.
* Scheduling trades.
* Ordering materials.
* Liaising with the client and project stakeholders as required.
* Site progress reports.
* Site inductions and toolbox talks.
Skills & Experience
* Carpentry trade background - Certificate III in Carpentry.
* Experience of managing high-end residential building projects from start to finish - new builds, renovations, extensions & additions etc.
