Role and Responsibilities
The Executive Assistant is responsible for a wide range of executive administration and project support services including diary management, scheduling meetings, organising travel and accommodation, and managing internal and external correspondence. The role involves independently preparing responses to complex, sensitive, and confidential enquiries.
Qualifications
* Demonstrated experience in an executive support capacity, including document preparation, file management, diary management, undertaking research and managing minor projects.
* Excellent attention to detail and the ability to follow procedures and processes to avoid errors, taking corrective action to minimise mistakes and notifying others when appropriate.
* Proven ability to communicate effectively and provide excellent customer service to a range of stakeholders from members of the public to senior executives.
What You Need to Know
A valid Working with Children Check (WWCC) issued by the South Australian Department of Human Services is required before employment.
