Our client, a leading
**not-for-profit aged care organisation**, is seeking an experienced and passionate
**Residential Manager** to oversee their quaint, 43-bed Aged Care facility in Mornington.
As a member of the management team, the Residential Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the facility, providing leadership and guidance to a multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest quality care and lifestyle is provided to residents.
A crucial part of the role also includes non-clinical duties such as financial, compliance and admissions management to provide maintenance and continuous improvements within the establishment.

**The Role**
- Manage day-to-day operations of a 43-bed aged care facility
- Lead a team of care managers, ACFI coordinator and care staff
- Control of recruitment, rostering and training of staff
- Participate and lead company meetings and special projects/activities
- Focus on staff management and development to maintain a positive workplace
- Assist in budget planning - with a focus on occupancy and funding income
- Aged Care facility located in Mornington
**About you**:
- Current AHPRA registration
- Full Australian Working Rights
- Minimum 1-year experience working as a Facility Manager in Aged Care
- Registered Nursing qualification
