A dynamic Federal Government department is looking to engage an experienced **Change Manager** to join a friendly team. In this role you will be responsible for managing the business and APS change activities aimed at enabling optimal realisation of desired benefits within a newly established department. The** **successful** Change Manager** will be offered an **initial 6 month contract with the view to be extended for 12 months and will be offered a rewarding daily rate.**
The successful** Change Manager** will be responsible for the below:
- Developing and delivering change management strategy
- Developing communication management strategies
- Developing and delivering change management plan structure and approach
- Providing weekly reports
The successful** Change Manager** will have experience in the following:
- Demonstrated experience in a Change Manager position
- Knowledge of PRINCE2, Agile and PROSCI methodologies
- Expertise in ICT project Delivery
- Excellent documentation skills
- High level stakeholder management skills
