Cargroomers International is an Australian owned and operated ISO 9001 manufacturer of performance cleaning products to the automotive Industry in Australia and New Zealand.
We are seeking an enthusiastic warehouse supervisor who is well organised, shows attention to detail and is a proven strong leader.
The roles is a newly created position within our manufacturing and warehouse site in Yalata Queensland.
Duties
* Lead and supervise a team of warehouse and transport staff.
* Provide guidance, training, and performance feedback to ensure a high level of productivity and professionalism.
* Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, such as supply chain, logistics, and production, to coordinate and prioritize activities to meet business objectives.
* Communicate with sales staff and customers regarding low stock and back order situations as required.
* Implement and develop continuous improvement processes to drive efficiencies within the warehouse and logistics processes to meet best practice standards
* Being hands-on with regular day-to-day activities
* Developing warehouse systems and procedures taking into consideration product and storage requirements, quality assurance, inventory management, and delivery protocols
* DIFOT – Delivery in full on time reporting
* Stock investigation on stock count
The successful candidate will have
* proven experience (3+ years) as a Warehouse Leadership or a similar role in a fast-paced facility.
* Forklift License, LO Picker license, MR License is an advantage
* Must have a current Australian driver's license.
* No medical limitations in regards to physical lifting and handling heavy materials within Workplace Safety Limitations.
* Strong knowledge of warehousing best practices, inventory management, and distribution operations.
* Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
* Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners.
The position will be a Monday-Friday 7.30am-4.30pm at our Yatala Site.
