Job Title: Chief Finance Officer
Key Responsibilities:
The CFO leads the Department's financial strategy, governance, and operations. This includes oversight of budgeting, financial planning, reporting, procurement, and contract management, ensuring compliance with legislative frameworks and alignment with government priorities.
Core Functions:
- Develop and implement financial policies and systems that promote transparency and accountability in financial operations.
- Provide expert advice to the Director General and Executive Leadership Group to support informed decision-making and sustainable resource allocation.
- Lead the development of strategies to drive financial performance, risk management, and reform initiatives.
