The Marketing Implementation Manager will support the coordination and delivery of marketing initiatives across multiple B2B brands during a CRM implementation. Reporting to the Head of Transformation, you will focus on stabilizing current marketing activity, coordinating campaigns already in progress and introducing clearer processes to improve how marketing initiatives are delivered. This is a hands‐on role focused on practical delivery, stakeholder coordination and bringing structure to marketing activity while the organization prepares to scale its marketing capability.
The Role
* Stabilize current marketing activity during a period of team transition
* Coordinate marketing initiatives across multiple internal brands
* Support planning and delivery of B2B marketing campaigns
* Manage campaign timelines and coordinate activity across teams
* Work with internal stakeholders to deliver marketing initiatives
* Improve coordination and visibility of marketing activity
* Assist with improving lead capture and enquiry processes
* Support use of marketing tools and CRM platforms such as HubSpot
* Help introduce simple marketing processes and workflows
* Provide updates on campaign progress and marketing performance
About You
* 8+ years' experience in marketing, campaign delivery or marketing operations
* Experience working in B2B marketing environments
* Strong campaign coordination and implementation experience
* Comfortable managing multiple initiatives and competing priorities
* Experience working with CRM or marketing automation platforms
* Strong stakeholder communication and relationship management skills
* Highly organized with strong project coordination capability
* Confident working in hands‐on delivery roles
* Able to bring structure and clarity to marketing activity
* Available to start immediately or within one week

Casual Loading
