About the role
1. We are seeking a results-driven B2B Sales Manager to lead and supervise our onshore and offshore sales teams, who are responsible for making outbound sales calls to potential business customers.
2. The ideal candidate will be an expert in sales strategies, team management, and Salesforce usage.
3. The B2B Sales Manager will play a crucial role in driving the team's performance, ensuring effective sales processes, and achieving revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
4. Lead and manage the sales team, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure the team meets and exceeds sales targets.
5. Develop and implement effective sales strategies and techniques to maximize team performance and increase sales productivity.
6. Monitor sales metrics and KPIs, and provide regular reports and analysis to senior management.
7. Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with marketing initiatives and identify new business opportunities.
8. Utilize Salesforce to track and manage sales activities, analyse data, and generate insights to improve sales processes and performance.
9. Conduct regular performance evaluations of sales team members, provide coaching and feedback, and implement action plans to enhance individual and team performance
10. Develop and implement sales team scorecard and performance-based commissions
11. Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, promoting a culture of accountability, motivation, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
12. Proven experience in B2B sales, with a strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
13. Previous experience in managing a sales team, with a demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop team members.
14. Proficiency in Salesforce is mandatory, with the ability to leverage data and analytics to drive sales performance.
15. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and team members.
16. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven and detail-oriented approach to decision-making.
17. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
Work Details
18. Shift: Monday to Friday: 6:00am- 3:00pm or 7:00am- 4:00pm PH Time; depending on business needs
19. Location: Makati | *Work from Home Until Further Notice
20. Status: Full time employment
