Overview
Hi Craft Motel in Ballina NSW is seeking 2 x diligent and detail-oriented motel housekeepers to join our team. This is a full time motel housekeeper role responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and presentation of guest rooms and common areas, contributing to a comfortable and welcoming workplace for our guests.
Responsibilities
Thoroughly cleaning and sanitising guest rooms, including making beds, changing linens and restocking amenities
Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of common areas such as the lobby, reception area, public rest rooms and hallways
Report any maintenance or repairs issues to the management team
Adhering to all health and safety protocols to ensure a safe environment for all guests and staff
Assist with laundry duties and guest check-in as needed
What we are looking for
Previous experience in a housekeeping or hospitality preferably in a motel or hotel setting
Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness
Excellent time management and organisational skills to complete tasks
Friendly customer service oriented attitude and ability to work well as part of a team
