Responsibilities
* Manage refurbishment & expansion projects from concept to completion
* Work closely with stakeholders to develop project scope & design
* Handle permits & approvals, liaising with local authorities
* Control budgets & financial planning to keep projects on track
* Oversee construction & contractor management, ensuring high standards
* Identify risks & implement solutions to keep things running smoothly
What We're Looking For
* Experience managing small to medium-scale projects
* Solid understanding of development, construction & fit-outs
* Financial acumen & ability to control budgets autonomously
* Exceptional problem-solving & communication skills
* Hospitality or retail project experience (bonus points!)
* Willingness to travel interstate for projects
* Qualifications: Tertiary qualification in Project Management, Construction Management, or a related field
