Customer Field Technician I
This is a customer-facing role requiring technical proficiency in installation, repair and maintenance of nbn products and services.
* Installation of cabling infrastructure
* Deployment of customer premises equipment (CPE)
* Diagnostic troubleshooting and remediation of network faults
The working hours are flexible and the environment is conducive to self-management with minimal supervision. Requirements include a valid driver's license, strong interpersonal skills and effective time management abilities.
