Third Party Vendor Management Specialist
We are seeking an experienced Third Party Vendor Management Specialist to support our client on a six-month contract. The role will involve overseeing all aspects of third-party vendor management and commercial agreements for a global provider of investigative analytics and intelligence software.
The position is based in North Sydney, Australia, with a requirement for minimum three days per week in office. We offer a flexible working arrangement, allowing employees to work from home part-time.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with the Program Director to ensure vendor adherence to regulatory requirements, internal policies, and data security standards.
* Continuously monitor and track vendor performance.
* Design and implement a vendor governance framework, covering the entire vendor lifecycle – from selection and onboarding to contract renewal and eventual off-boarding.
* Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, including Master Service Agreements (MSAs), Statements of Work (SOWs), Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), intellectual property rights, and termination clauses.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and have at least three years of experience in procurement or contract management, preferably with CPSM certification.
