Job Description
With support from the CHPP team, you will play an essential role in our daily operations, championing our core values of integrity, accountability, innovation, delivery, and safety.
Primary Duties:
* Operate mobile equipment Safely and with due care and attention in line with Sedgman operational procedures and Line Manager instructions to achieve daily CHPP performance targets
* Maintain cleanliness by clearing spillages and washing down areas to uphold housekeeping standards.
* Drive CHPP operation improvements, optimising plant performance and uptime.
* Carry out or assist with breakdown maintenance as authorised, required and directed
* Review OEM operator manuals and be familiar with OEM procedures
* Inspect operational equipment to ensure early defect detection and rectification
Who are you?
* Nationally recognised qualification in at least one of the following: Stockpile Dozer, Front End Loaders, Excavator, Articulated Haul Truck, Bucketwheel reclaimer
* Skilled to operate a variety of the above machinery.
* Prior work experience in mining, civil, or an industrial environment is essential.
* Live in the Bowen Basin or nearby region.
* Known for being a positive and safety-conscious team player.
