About the role
Innotech Control Systems Australia is seeking a detail‐driven Service Administrator to become a valued member of our Service team. This full‐time role can be based at either our Eight Mile Plains, QLD or Silverwater, NSW branch. You'll provide essential administrative support, reporting directly to the General Manager – Service. Your duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

· Manage service communications by responding to calls and emails, directing enquiries to the appropriate team members, and ensuring timely follow‐up.

· Coordinate and maintain all service contracts, including asset data, expiry dates, renewals, and maintenance planning within simPRO and client‐portal systems.

· Create, administer, and update maintenance, reactive, and quoted jobs in simPRO to support accurate scheduling and workflow management.

· Prepare invoicing and costings in collaboration with the Service Supervisor, General Manager – Service, and Accounts Team, ensuring alignment with contract terms and pricing frameworks.

· Produce contract performance reports, maintain accurate customer and site information, and support continuous improvement of operational processes and documentation.

About You

· Minimum of 2 years administrative experience, ideally within a service, maintenance, or operations environment

· Hands on experience using simPRO is advantageous

· Comfortable coordinating technicians, managing schedules, and working with multiple stakeholders

· Strong attention to details with the ability to prioritise and manage complex tasks

· Confident communicator with a customer-focused mindset.
