Responsibilities
 * Welcome and greet patients
 * Handle and action emails
 * Schedule appointments
 * Ensure accurate patient invoices and receipts are issued to patients
 * Provide ad hoc support around the office as needed
 * Liaise with doctors and hospitals
Qualifications
 * Previous medical reception experience
 * Previous experience with Genie or similar booking systems
 * Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
 * Ability to multitask
 * Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
