Deliver Contract Excellence
* Evaluate and manage complex contracts with suppliers, subcontractors and consultants ensuring all contractual obligations are fulfilled.
* Coordinate project documentation including contract amendments, claims and extensions of time to meet organisational objectives.
* Develop effective relationships with diverse stakeholders on a daily basis.
Essential Requirements:
* A degree in Construction or related field.
* Exposure to prominent Australian construction companies (Tier 2 or 3 preferred).
* Experience working on high-value projects exceeding $30m.
* At least 3 years' experience as a contracts administrator within the construction industry focusing on Multi Residential projects.
