This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Trade Marketing professional who thrives in a fast-paced, decentralised environment and enjoys working autonomously with clear direction.
Reporting directly to the Head of E-Commerce & Digital, this role is about delivery and execution, building campaigns, coordinating stakeholders, managing briefs, and ensuring marketing initiatives are implemented effectively across digital and physical channels.

The Role
As The Trade Marketing Specialist, You Will
Execute approved trade and digital marketing initiatives across MM Electrical profit centres
Develop and manage marketing briefs, ensuring governance and approvals are followed
Build and maintain an annual marketing calendar aligned to business and supplier objectives
Partner closely with key suppliers to deliver joint marketing initiatives that drive sales and market share
Coordinate third-party agencies and vendors across campaigns, events, promotions, and training
Attend meetings, briefings, and training sessions (virtual and in-person as required)
Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders while operating comfortably within a decentralised business structure.
This role is focused on execution and delivery, with strategic direction provided by senior leadership.

What You'll Need To Succeed
We're looking for someone who brings:
Experience
3-5+ years' experience in trade, channel, or digital marketing
Experience executing campaigns in wholesale, retail, or similarly complex environments
Industry experience preferred but not essential — transferable skills are highly valued.
Skills & Attributes
Strong project management skills with excellent attention to detail
Confident stakeholder management and relationship-building capability
Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision
Comfortable operating in a decentralised, non-corporate environment
Practical, adaptable, and solutions-focused mindset
Collaborative approach — this is not a command-and-control role
Education
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred)
