We are seeking a highly skilled Global HR Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our HR function, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of HR operations across our global regions.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage and process monthly payroll, attendance, and timesheets for employees based in Malaysia.

* Ensure full compliance with Malaysia's statutory regulations (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, etc.).
", "
* Handle HR operational tasks including onboarding, offboarding, leave management, and maintaining accurate employee records.
", "
* Coordinate with local Malaysian vendors, consultants, and service providers for HR-related processes.
", "
* Provide timely support to employees in resolving HR queries and ensuring high levels of employee satisfaction.
", "
* Collaborate with the Finance and Admin teams to ensure accurate processing of employee-related data and reports.
", "
* Support internal audits, compliance documentation, and any other regional HR initiatives.
", "
* Assist in driving employee engagement and communication initiatives for Malaysia-based teams.

Requirements:

* 3 to 6 years of HR experience, preferably with exposure to Malaysia HR operations.
", "
* Sound understanding of Malaysia's labor laws and statutory requirements.
", "
* Strong hands-on experience in payroll, attendance, and compliance management.
", "
* Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a cross-cultural environment.
", "
* Strong MS Excel skills and familiarity with HRMS/payroll systems.
", "
* Proven ability to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision.
