Accounts and Payroll Officer Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial operations, ensuring accurate payroll processing, and supporting the broader finance team.
* Process fortnightly payroll, including Superannuation and PAYG
* Maintain employee records and respond to payroll-related queries
* Manage accounts payable and receivable functions
* Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts
* Assist with BAS, PAYG, and other statutory reporting
* Support month-end and year-end financial processes
* Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders as needed
Key qualifications include a meticulous and reliable finance professional with proven experience in payroll and accounts administration, strong understanding of Australian payroll legislation and accounting principles, and proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, MYOB).
