About the Role:
This Merchandise Assistant position supports our Merchandise Planner in managing product assortment for each showroom, ensuring alignment with demand and client preferences.
The role balances inventory management with product availability, guaranteeing timely delivery of curated jewellery selections to our clients.
Main Responsibilities:
* Assist in inventory processes for our showrooms
* Help manage stock for all showrooms, including preparation for new showroom launches
* Collaborate with the production team to ensure diamond ordering and quality control checks meet Cullen Jewellery's standards
* Support visual merchandising (VM) displays across showrooms
* Work with the Merchandise Planner to list new products on the website, confirming accurate pricing, descriptions, and imagery
Requirements:
* Experience in retail stocktake or administrative positions
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Project management skills to coordinate stocktake processes and showroom launches
* Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
* Excellent communication skills
* A valid working visa for Australia
