As a Hospital Pharmacist, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality pharmaceutical care within a supportive multi-disciplinary team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing clinical pharmacy services, dispensing medications, supervising staff, and contributing to medication safety initiatives.
* Clinical Pharmacy Services: Provide expert advice on medication use, interactions, and management.
* Medication Dispensing: Ensure accurate and timely dispensing of medications to patients.
* Staff Supervision: Supervise and mentor junior pharmacists and technicians to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
* A recognized Pharmacy degree
* Registration with the Pharmacy Board of Australia
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
