Leadership Role Opportunity

This is a challenging position that requires an experienced leader to drive operational and commercial excellence in a fast-paced retail environment.

Main Responsibilities:

* Develop, motivate and lead a team of sales and service professionals.
* Drive business growth and achieve key performance targets.
* Oversee stock management, merchandising, store presentation and visual display.
* Monitor financial performance, budgeting and cost control measures.
* Evaluate compliance with industry standards, health and safety regulations and operational procedures.
* Build lasting relationships with customers, suppliers and corporate stakeholders.
* Identify areas for continuous improvement in processes and customer service delivery.

Key Qualifications:

* Proven leadership experience in a retail or related industry.
* Strong communication, interpersonal and coaching skills.
* Able to work effectively in a team environment.
* Familiarity with sales strategies, inventory management and store operations.
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
