**About the Role**
The Digital Delivery team in Treasury is responsible for the Treasury corporate website, the Federal Budget website, other Treasury websites and the intranet.
The team advises on web best practice and provides recommendations on how to deliver digital content. The Digital Delivery team sits within the Communications Branch and works closely with the Information Services Branch to ensure communication and digital aspects are a collaborative venture.
**Key Functional Areas of Responsibility**
- Manage new content updates and publishing across multiple content management system (CMS) platforms.
- Develop new pages, setup/configure information architecture and functionality components as well as load and update content and images.
- CMS digital asset management of all digital content, requiring manipulation of:
- text
- video
- pdf
- images
- associated graphic assets.
- Provide recommendations for layout to maximise page conversion, maintain government accessibility requirements and web best practices.
- Ensure user interface (UI) consistency across all web pages.
- Ensure content quality, including eliminating duplicate content and maintaining site integrity.
- Work with other content stakeholders to coordinate website publishing.
- Decipher technical issues and communicate these clearly to a non-technical audience.
**Desirable Qualifications / Experience**
- 3+ years' experience in content or website management.
- Proficient in website presentation best practices, editorial style and standards.
- Demonstrated experience managing website content updates and publishing/editorial workflows.
- Drupal
- Jira
- WCAG2.0 Compliance standards
- HTML, XHTML, HTML5, CSS, CSS3
- Photoshop
- Understanding of modern, responsive site construction, configuration, and maintenance.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality execution.
- Ability to self-manage workloads through the corporate ticketing system, ensuring shared customer engagement and management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills. Can clearly and proactively communicate with individuals across multiple teams and departments.
- Fantastic attention to detail.
- Resourceful, team player, high energy and flexible.
- Baseline security clearance required, or the ability to obtain.
