Launceston IT is seeking an IT HelpDesk Trainee to join our team.

As an IT Helpdesk Trainee, you'll work with a team of technicians to ensure our customers receive the highest level of service while working towards your Certificate IV in Information Technology. You will be provided with on-the-job training to develop into a well-rounded IT professional.
We are seeking a person with a passion for IT who wants to build a career in the industry. Previous experience in the IT industry is not required.

Selection Criteria:
* Completion of Year 12.
* A demonstrated interest in IT (e.g., through previous employment, work experience placements, or an active IT-related hobby).
* Great written and oral communication skills.
* Excellent problem-solving skills, with an ability to learn on the job.
* A high level of accountability and reliability in the workplace.
* Current unrestricted driver’s license (provisional or above).
Candidates may be required to undergo a national police check and a Working with Vulnerable People check.
