The Limestone Coast Local Health Network (LCLHN) is seeking a dynamic, motivated, and highly organised Executive Assistant to support the Executive Director of Nursing & Midwifery. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dedicated and compassionate team delivering outstanding health services to people across the Limestone Coast region. About the Role As Executive Assistant, you will: Deliver high-quality and confidential executive administrative support Manage correspondence, meetings, diary appointments, and committees Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, representing LCLHN with professionalism and courtesy Participate in continuous improvement of administrative systems and processes Support project work and secretariat functions Maintain integrity and security of official and sensitive information Uphold SA Health values and help drive positive health outcomes for our community What We’re Looking For Friendly and personable approach with outstanding communication skills Proven experience in executive-level secretariat support, including accurate minute-taking and agenda preparation Strong organisational ability – able to prioritise, meet deadlines, and work effectively under pressure and minimal supervision Demonstrated initiative, flexibility, and commitment to excellence High proficiency in Microsoft Office and web-based programs Knowledge of quality improvement, confidentiality, and Work Health and Safety principles Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively within a team environment. Desirable: Vocational qualifications in office administration or similar studies are highly regarded. Ready to Apply?
