Mackellar Apex Road is a modern, McLean Care–operated facility offering a blend of compassionate care and innovation, including virtual clinical support via our award-winning iAgeHealth telehealth model.
About the Role
As Facility Manager, you will take full operational responsibility for Mackellar Apex Road, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care. You will lead and develop a dedicated team, maintain clinical and regulatory excellence, and drive financial performance, all while fostering a culture of respect, engagement, and continuous improvement.
You will also be a key member of our Sapphire Leadership Team (SLT), collaborating with a peer network of Facility Managers and reporting to the Residential Area Manager.
About You
* Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
* Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Facility Manager in Residential Aged Care
* Strong leadership in both clinical and operational management
* Expertise in aged care funding models ( ACFI/AN-ACC )
* Proven ability to engage and retain staff in a values-led culture
* Analytical approach to driving resident care improvements
* Solid financial and budgeting acumen
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Experience in compliance-driven, regulated environments
* Unrestricted driver’s licence
* Alignment with McLean Care’s values and a resident-first approach
