We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team. This role offers the flexibility of working from home while supporting a dynamic and growing business.
Key Responsibilities:
* Full-function bookkeeping including accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and payroll.
* Proficient use of MYOB and Xero accounting software.
* Month-end procedures, reporting, and financial reconciliations.
* Inventory management including stock control and reporting.
* Preparation of accurate financial reports to assist management decision-making.
About You:
* Minimum 5+ years bookkeeping experience.
* Certificate/Diploma in Accounting & Bookkeeping required.
* Strong knowledge of MYOB Account Right and Xero (certifications highly regarded).
* Payroll Experience including STP reporting and Payroll Tax.
* Demonstrated experience with month-end processes and reporting.
* Previous experience managing inventory systems.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Salary:
This is a full time position offering between $70 – $90k + super, commensurate with the skills and experience of the successful candidate and the business value they can apply to the responsibilities of the role.
