We are seeking an enthusiastic Customer Service Expert to join our team at our retail outlet.
This is a customer-facing role requiring ability to work weekends, weekdays and peak trade times is essential.
* To provide exceptional customer service through meaningful interactions with our customers
* Selling of premium products with the ability to highlight features, benefits and care instructions
* Maintaining high standards of stock presentation and merchandising
* Processing and replenishing stock according to company standards
* Achieving sales and KPIs through consultation, service, visuals and brand inspiration
