Are you an experienced Payroll Professional with a background in the automotive industry? As we transition from Unipay to Employment Hero’s integrated HR and payroll platform, you’ll play a key role in delivering accurate, timely payroll while helping to shape the future of our workforce systems. This is an on-site position based at our Campbelltown location. What You’ll Do You will assist with the accurate processing of payroll across a multi-site environment. Key responsibilities include: End-to-end payroll processing across multiple entities using Unipay (transitioning to Employment Hero) Ensure compliance with awards, superannuation, and Fair Work obligations in conjunction with the People and Culture team. Reconcile payroll reports, STP submissions, leave entitlements, and employee records Work closely with People & Culture to support onboarding, terminations, and audits Manage payroll queries with professionalism, discretion, and efficiency Actively participate in the rollout, testing, and optimisation of our new payroll system What You’ll Bring Proven payroll experience in a multi-site, award-based environment (automotive industry experience highly regarded) Hands-on experience with Unipay and ideally a transition to a cloud-based HRIS like Employment Hero Strong understanding of NES, payroll tax, STP, and superannuation compliance A keen eye for detail, discretion, and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset Confidence working in evolving environments and supporting system change Why Join us? 4K Automotive provides opportunities for all team members to have a long and rewarding career.
