Corporate Governance Coordinator Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Governance Coordinator to join our team.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to work in corporate governance, providing high-level support to committees and executives. As a Corporate Governance Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing sensitive complex and urgent material, preparing agendas, committee papers, and meeting minutes.
You will also provide strategic and operational project support to the Executive Director and wider Executive team, building and maintaining effective relationships through collaboration and consultation with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the preparation of agendas, committee papers, and meeting minutes.
* Provide high-level support to committees, including researching analyzing and coordinating information and data.
* Assist the Executive Director with governance responsibilities, including preparing papers and coordinating meeting logistics.
* Draft and review professional communications on behalf of Board and Sub-committee Chairs.
* Ensure all written materials are accurate timely and aligned with governance protocols.
Requirements
* Experience in providing high-level Secretariat support to committees.
* Competency in Diligent Board Management software.
* Proven experience in basic computing skills, including email excel and word processing.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Benefits
This role offers a competitive salary inclusive of 25% casual loading and a flexible working arrangement. The anticipated hours per week are 38 (7.6 hours per day) for this contract.
