Groundwater Modelling Project Lead
Key to delivering high-quality project outcomes and growing business is a highly skilled Groundwater Modelling Project Lead. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will lead groundwater modelling projects across Victoria and APAC.
As Project Lead, your role will be pivotal in developing the project pipeline through business development, client engagement, and winning work strategies. Ensuring quality delivery and mentoring team members are also essential aspects of this position.
Key Responsibilities:
* Leading groundwater impact assessments and integrated modelling of surface and groundwater systems, including solute transport modelling.
* Providing technical direction and management for high-quality modelling project outcomes, collaborating with national and international teams.
* Developing, reviewing, and submitting proposals and bids for projects, and delivering technical reporting and data analytics.
* Engaging with clients throughout pursuit, tendering, and delivery phases, ensuring project outcomes and client satisfaction.
* Mentoring and training junior modellers, sharing knowledge, and building team capability across our Groundwater Modelling Team.
