Riley's Rentals is seeking experienced Mobile Maintenance Supervisors to lead our maintenance team on a Pilbara-based project. Reporting to the Project Manager, you will oversee and mentor the workshop team, ensuring safe, efficient, and reliable operations. This position is offered on a FIFO 2:2 roster from Perth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead, coach and develop team members by setting clear expectations, monitoring performance and mentoring others.
* Plan and coordinate maintenance activities to maximise equipment availability and reliability.
* Implement effective servicing strategies to achieve targeted service times and schedule compliance targets.
* Ensure that work is completed within allowed budget and resources.
* Actively participate in safety meetings, safety audits, behaviour observations, incident reporting and investigations.
What you'll need:
* Mechanical trade certificate or tertiary qualification in mechanical engineering.
* Extensive post trade or relevant mobile maintenance experience in a mining environment.
* Previous supervisory experience.
* A strong commitment to health, safety, environment and the community.
* Strong written and oral communication skills.
* The ability to work in a high-pressure environment.
* Knowledge of relevant mining related legislation.
