About the Role: We're looking for a hands-on, brand-obsessed Creative Marketing Manager to work closely with our founder to lead and execute our long-term marketing strategy. You'll be at the intersection of creative and execution - writing, concepting, directing, briefing, and managing end-to-end campaigns that drive growth and bring our brand to life across digital and retail.

* Your Key Responsibilities
* Create systems and processes that allow for a flywheel of consistent content and marketing at scale.
* Write clear, captivating, and persuasive copy for both brand campaigns, email marketing, and direct response advertising.
* Ideate, brief, and direct creative across design, photography, copy, and video.
* Lead influencer marketing and UGC strategy, managing relationships and content pipelines.
* Manage organic social media and ensure the brand shows up in culture and in feeds.
* Collaborate with our performance ads manager to align creative with paid strategy.
* Plan and execute brand activations, stunts, and industry events.
* Develop and execute retail marketing initiatives (in-store and out-of-store).
