* Base salary range: $39.98 - $44.46 p.h. (AO3)
* 4 to 6 weeks annual leave with 14%-17.5% loading
* 12.75% employer contribution to superannuation

About your opportunity
* Provide high quality secretarial/administrative services to the Clinical Directors for Medical Outpatients and other areas withing Clinical Support Officers team as directed by the Admin Team Leader.
* Manage and undertake effective diary management, conferences/seminars, travel and accommodation, HR process and clinical staff rotation.
* Provide administrative support to assist the Clinical Directors in recruitment activities including selection, interview coordination and appointment procedures.
* Prepare and distribute agendas for meetings, recording of accurate minutes and identify and monitor actions from meetings.
