Join us in the role of a Warehouse Manager at our Bibra Lake site
- You will play a key role in business success through your demonstrated commitment to the team and continuous improvement. This role will require strong leadership and provide operational and technical support to the day-to-day Warehouse operations through the prioritisation and allocation of warehousing tasks.
**Exciting Challenges**
- Leadership of the warehouse team to drive warehouse performance
- Coordination of warehousing resources to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently & effectively
- Ensure the warehouse environment is always maintained in a clean & orderly manner
- To ensure that all warehousing equipment is always maintained in safe working order
- To insure the timely processing of all warehouse related documentation.
- Ensure quarantine materials are isolated promptly and support in coordinating the resolution process
- Ensure cycle counts are completed as per operating requirements with any stock discrepancies properly investigated & actioned timeously
- Identify issues that have the potential to impact on warehousing
- Any other tasks and responsibilities that may arise due to business demands that fall within the scope of this role
**We Need Your Skills**
- Have a minimum 3 years proven experience within warehouse supervision
- Hold a Cert IV in Transport & Logistics or equivalent
- Hold a current Forklift Licence
- Have proven conflict resolution skills and people management skills
- Have a high attention to detail
- Have strong communication skills and Sound relationship building skills
- Be proficient in Word and Excel
