Overview
The Company Join a leading custom home builder delivering beautifully designed residences, including 1 and 2 storey renovations and extensions. This role will see you managing 5-6 sites at any one time across central suburbs.

Duties Include
* Supervise day-to-day site operations on mid to high-end projects
* Drive quality control
* Coordinate trades, subcontractors, deliveries, and inspections
* Maintain site schedules and report progress to the Construction Manager
* Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to premium standards
* Identify defects early and ensure rectifications before handover
About You
* Proven experience supervising residential homes (Renovations and/or Extensions experience held in high regard)
* Strong ability to read plans and manage trades
* Exceptional communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills
* Solid understanding of construction sequencing and WHS standards
* High level of pride in workmanship and site presentation
