Performance Tinting / Broome Auto Glass is a leading provider of automotive, residential, and commercial glass services in the West Kimberley. As an authorised agent for the O'Brien Glass network, we are seeking a highly organised and experienced Office Manager to oversee our daily business operations and administrative functions in Broome.

Responsibilities

* Operations Management: Direct and co-ordinate office administrative activities, including systems design and process improvement.
* Staff Supervision: Supervise administrative staff, manage rosters, and oversee daily workflow to ensure high service standards.
* Financial Administration: Manage payroll, timesheets, and accounts using Xero.
* Network & Insurance Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for the O'Brien network and major insurance providers, managing complex invoicing and claims administration.
* Compliance: Ensure the business remains compliant with industry regulations, OH&S standards, and internal reporting requirements.
* Stakeholder Management: Support the Director in regional client engagement and operational reporting.

Qualifications

* Minimum of 2–3 years' experience in a senior administrative or office management role.
* Prior experience in the insurance sector or high-volume service coordination is highly desirable.
* Proficiency in Xero and CRM platforms.
* Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to supervise and train a team.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to operate independently in a regional environment.
