About the Role: As a Behaviour Support Practitioner, you will: Conduct assessments and develop evidence-based behaviour support plans Work collaboratively with participants, families, carers and multidisciplinary stakeholders Deliver training, coaching and capacity-building support Identify and reduce restrictive practices in accordance with NDIS requirements Prepare professional reports and clinical documentation Manage your own caseload with flexibility and autonomy Participate in regular clinical supervision and professional development This role provides an opportunity to develop advanced skills in behaviour support while working within a supportive multidisciplinary environment. About You: We are seeking experienced, reflective and values-driven professionals who are passionate about improving outcomes for people with disability. Ideally, you will have: Registration as a NDIS Behaviour Support Practitioner, or eligibility to obtain registration Experience providing behaviour support and/or supporting people with disability, psychosocial disability or complex support needs Qualifications in Social Work, Psychology, Applied Behaviour Analysis, Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, Counselling or another relevant allied health or human services discipline Strong assessment, communication and report-writing skills The ability to work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team A commitment to ethical, culturally responsive and trauma-informed practice Experience working in regional, remote and/or cross-cultural settings will be highly regarded.
