We're looking for a proactive and detail-driven Order Processor to join our Logistics Administration Team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys ownership, thrives on accuracy, and takes pride in delivering a smooth end-to-end customer experience.
You'll play a key role in ensuring orders move efficiently from entry through to dispatch—working closely with internal teams and external partners to keep things running seamlessly.
About the Role
As part of our Logistics Admin team, your main tasks will be order entry, dispatch coordination, and international freight administration. You'll be trusted to manage customer orders accurately, communicate clearly, and spot opportunities to improve processes and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
* Process customer orders accurately and efficiently using our ERP system
* Coordinate order-related information with customer service, outward goods, fabrication, purchasing, and drafting teams
* Support customer invoicing and purchasing activities with local and overseas suppliers
* Assist with inventory management, including stock adjustments
* Liaise with customers, external warehouses, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and compliant deliveries
* Respond to customer enquiries with professionalism and care
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within logistics administration
About You
You'll be someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and takes pride in getting the details right.
Proven experience in order processing or order entry
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Confident communicator with a professional phone manner
Customer-focused mindset with a genuine desire to exceed expectations
Comfortable using ERP/order management systems (experience with Infor highly regarded)
A team player who takes initiative and follows tasks through to completion
