Join Our Caring Team as an Aged Care Support Worker

In this role, you'll provide essential assistance with daily living activities, personal care, and social support, helping our elderly clients remain comfortable and connected in their own homes. If you're empathetic, reliable, and ready to make a meaningful impact, we'd love to hear from you.
About the role :
* Working for EIH Care within the community and supporting our HCP clients
* Supporting clients during mid-week mornings and afternoons.
* You will be involved in the clients' morning routines
* Completing light household task, meal preparation, shopping assistance, domestic support and PCA
* Flexibility to work with short notice providing coverage for staff who are unable to work on the same day or week
The ideal candidate MUST have :
* Experience working in the Aged Care sector is essential
* Fluent and clear English is essential
* Certificate III in Individual Support or higher
* Driver's license and own a car
* Working With Children Check
* First Aid/CPR certificate
* Ability to work independently
* Current Police check/certificate
* Must be comfortable in cooking / household duties
* Willingness to complete short shifts predominantly 2hrs at a time on weekdays
