Marsh is seeking an experienced senior broker with a strong background in account management within Property and Casualty to join our Corporate team. This role will be based in Hobart and requires a hybrid working arrangement with at least three days a week in the office.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead, plan, and implement effective renewal and broking strategies to ensure strong account retention and defence.
* Develop, pursue, and convert new business opportunities to grow our corporate portfolio through new logos and organic expansion.
* On‐board new clients and deliver on Marsh's value proposition with high‐quality service.
* Build and maintain meaningful senior‐level relationships with insurers and key revenue‐generating accounts.
* Actively participate in claim‐related matters and track new business opportunities.
Qualifications
* 7+ years of corporate broking experience in Property and Casualty.
* Proven track record of producing new business and managing complex insurance programs.
* Extensive knowledge of risks and insurance products across key industry sectors.
* Strong market presence within General Insurance.
