Key Responsibilities:
Handle the full recruitment lifecycle by guiding hiring managers through the requisition approval process
Assist with job descriptions, build recruiting strategies, screen and recommend candidates, and negotiate the offer process
Work in partnership with cross-functional teams to provide innovative solutions to finding top talent throughout the organization
The Talent Acquisition Business Partner is responsible for providing support to the Talent Acquisition team, researching, analyzing, and documenting findings, coaching and reviewing the work of other team members, conducting job intake meetings with hiring managers, sourcing and recruiting qualified applicants, and ensuring candidates have a complete understanding of responsibilities, compensation, training, schedule requirements, benefits, and career opportunities.
