About the Role
* As a Clinical Nurse (RN/M2C), you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of care, while also guiding and mentoring less experienced staff. This position involves taking on more leadership responsibilities, including overseeing delegated activities and offering support to colleagues, all while ensuring the delivery of person-centered care.
* The Registered Nurse (RN/M1) role is ideal for nurses who are developing from novice to proficient practitioners. At this stage, nurses are focused on consolidating their knowledge and skills through continuous professional development and hands-on experience in various healthcare settings.
About You
* Registered or eligible for registration as a Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and who holds, or who is eligible to hold, a current practicing certificate.
* For RN/M2C: Registered Nurse/Midwife with at least 3 years, full-time equivalent, post-registration experience.
* Demonstrated competence in the relevant area of nursing practice in accordance with the appropriate standards of practice.
