About the opportunity
There is currently one (1) permanent full-time position available for immediate filling.
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Officer to join our team. In this role, you will provide responsive and efficient service to customers, delivering accurate advice and support relating to fishing and boating legislation.
As a Customer Service Officer, you will be the first point of contact for customer enquiries, handling licensing transactions, processing payments, and issuing relevant resources. You will ensure all financial and administrative processes are completed accurately and in accordance with policies and procedures. The role also involves a range of administrative and operational support duties to assist the effective running of the office.
We are looking for individuals with:
* Strong customer service and communication skills;
* Ability to work effectively in a team and independently;
* Sound administrative and organisational skills;
* Experience in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new applications;
* Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and succinctly with a diverse range of people at all levels using verbal, written and interpersonal skills
