The Role
This role combines retail sales, logistics, and administrative tasks in a dynamic environment.

You will play a key part in retail sales, assist with deliveries and inventory management, support our BBQ School bookings, contribute to social media marketing, and develop your skills in drafting quotes for outdoor kitchens.
Key Responsibilities
* Welcome and serve customers in our showroom.
* Sell barbecues, heaters, and related accessories.
* Provide product information and training to customers.
* Process sales, invoices, and payments efficiently.
1. Logistics & Inventory Management
* Load, unload, and deliver products safely and efficiently.
* Assist with in-store assembly and preparation.
* Ensure a professional handover to customers.
2. BBQ School Operations
* Handle customer enquiries and class bookings.
* Maintain accurate records of bookings and schedules.
* Communicate effectively with customers about class details.
3. Marketing Support
* Capture high-quality content (photos/videos) in store and at the BBQ School.
* Plan and schedule posts on social media.
* Contribute innovative ideas to support marketing campaigns.
About You
Be physically capable of lifting and moving heavy items.
Exhibit a positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
Comfortable with technology and basic administrative tasks.
