**Role Description**
Opportunity to join our Womens and Childrens Services team to deliver outstanding administration support to the Clinical Director and Director Nursing and Midwifery. You will maintain accurate documentation, assist in diary management, preparing agendas and minutes, as well as provide high level administration including reports, invoicing, and assisting in confidential matters. To be successful in this role you will need strong communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail and high level organisational and time management skills.

**The Team**
Women's and Children's Services at Bendigo Health provided care to women and children from across the Loddon Mallee region. This service comprised our Women's Health Centre, Women's Ward and Birthing Suite, Special Care Nursery and Children's Ward. We Offer a number of antenatal, intrapartum and postpartum care options including midwifery led antenatal care and obstetric care. Our service is supported by Lactation Consultations, Maternity Support clinicians, Social Workers, Midwifery Home Care, Paediatric Homecare and an active education team.
