Location: Kemps Creek, Eastern Creek, Auburn, Smithfield Employment Type: Casual ongoing Hourly rate: Competitive, based on experience Key Responsibilities: Assist in the erection and installation of mechanical works and solar panels Work on commercial roofs on large industrial sheds (working for Tier 2 Builders, so top-end safety) Read and interpreted technical drawings and specifications.
Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
Adhere to workplace health and safety (WHS) policies and procedures.
Requirements: Proven experience as a Trades Assistant or in a similar role.
Knowledge of mechanical and steel structures is highly desirable.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
White Card (Construction Induction Card) Current Working at Heights Ticket Required
Physically fit and capable of performing manual labor in various conditions.
Strong work ethic, reliability, and a team player attitude.
Desirable Skills: Strong Fit Can carry up to 20kg regularly Good communicators Personal is vehicle required to access site
