Duties:
* Sales of Finance Products: Present and sell financing options to customers. Explain terms and conditions clearly and effectively.
* Insurance Sales: Offer and explain various insurance products.
* Customer Interaction: Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored financial solutions. Ensure all paperwork is completed accurately and efficiently.
* Compliance and Documentation: Ensure all transactions comply with state and federal regulations. Maintain accurate records of all financial and insurance transactions.
* Product Knowledge: Stay up to date on the latest finance and insurance products and services. Provide customers with knowledgeable and up-to-date information.
* Team Work: Collaborate with sales, marketing, and support teams to enhance the customer journey
Requirements:
* Proven experience in sales, preferably in the automotive or finance industry (but not essential)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to analyse financial information and credit reports.
* High level of customer service and relationship-building skills.
* Have a 'Customer First' and 'Can Do ' attitude.
* Be process-driven.
* Have excellent communication and people skills.
* Be required to undergo Police Check and credit checks.
